How do I change the password on my account?
First, login to your Space Casino account using your current login credentials. Next, go to the Security page where you will be able to change your password. Here, enter your old/current password, followed by the new password you want to start using, confirm the new password that you wish to set in the next section, and then click submit.
If you forget your password to start with, click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the main login screen. Then enter the email address that is linked to your account and click Recover password.

Due Diligence Documents

Please send clear photos

Utility Bill: Either Utility bills (gas, electric, landline phone bill, broadband, cable) issued within the last 3 months, or the UK issued a Provisional Driving Licence (but only if not used for the name evidence), or Current UK full Driving Licence (but only if not used for the name evidence), or Local Authority council tax bill for the current council tax year, or Bank, Building Society or Credit Union Statement dated within the last 3 months.
Debit Cards: If providing Debit Card proof, this must also include images of both sides of your card. The reverse side of the card must also be signed in pen by yourself, while the front side needs to give the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit number (eg.1234 56XX XXXX 1234).
Bank Transfer: If you are asked to provide proof for your bank account used on the Space Casino account, the statement must show your name, address, account number and deposits/withdrawals made to your Space Casino account.
E-Wallets: All E-wallet documents should display the same name and address that we hold for you. Screenshots of statements are acceptable if paper, downloadable or PDF copies are not available.
Source of Funds: Usually, but not limited to, a 30-day bank statement showing deposits/withdrawals made to your Space Casino account. We may ask for further documents depending on the case.
